I found out that i have to use the registry for this:
DelegateSentItemsStyle, type REG_DWORD and set it to 1 (default is 0 or not present). HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Office\<version>\Outlook\Preferences
and that the old "Set-MailboxSentItemsConfiguration" only worked with OWA and not with Outlook anyway.

i used the Registry-Trick also, but after Update to 2013 CU2 this doesn't work anymore. with enabled registry-value, the mails stay in outbox. maybe, this depends on cache-mode and not on update CU2 - because in the same time, we did disabled the cachemode via GPO... anyway without cachemode and CU2 installed mails will remain in outbox.
anyway, i will call MS now and ask them, if there is any solution for this "feature"..
i cannot understand how they can make things soooo bad! .....this stresses me more and more from day to day....

I still run CU1 with Policy"Disable shared mail folder caching" Enabled in my production environment. And the registry settings work.
Will test the same settings with CU2 soon.

Ok, just tested CU2 with DelegateSentItemsStyle set to 1 and "Disable shared mail folder caching" enabled.
And sent items on shared mailboxes goes to the shared mailbox.
Tested with:
Exchange 2013 CU2 Build 712.24
Outlook 2013 15.0.4505.1002
Windows 7 32bit -Working
Windows 8 64bit -Working
So not CU2/Caching related for me.
Have you enabled or disabled cache mode for the own mailbox? (not for the shared mailbox)
we are using exchange server 2013, but i think that makes no difference.
are you using outlook 32 or 64 bit? we are using 32 bit.
