I scrolled thru all the Forum categories and forum names and cannot find where I would post a question about OWA for Android. I know Microsoft does not support OWA for Android but that appears to be the only option for viewing a shared mailbox on an Android phone. Supposedly you can view a Shared mailbox in OWA for Android if you add it to OWA on the PC, but this is not working for me. I am testing this at work where I am an admin for O365, because I want my husband to use O365 for his business. But he has an Android phone and if Microsoft does not support viewing shared mailboxes on Android, then O365 is not going to work for him. I know that Outlook for Android is supposed to replace OWA but it does not offer this feature.

Based on my research, if POP3 or IMAP are enabled for the shared mailbox, we can open the shared mailbox using POP3 or IMAP using youremail@address\sharedmailboxalias format for the login. For detailed information, you can have a look at the following link:
