I have a user who is getting an error:  "Your digital ID name cannot be found by the underlying security system"

Is there any way within Outlook to determine the serial # of the cert used to encrypt the email? Obviously it was encrypted using a cert the user doesn't have available, but what cert? Or even on the sending end, is there a way to determine the serial # of the cert used on an outgoing message?

Cert is not stored in Outlook, we probably cannot check the serial # of the cert in Outlook client.
