I have an intermitent issue where some of my e-mails do not get through to a client who is using outlook/exchange within their organisation. Sometimes it goes through and other times not?! Still have never found any commonalities. I wanted to know, if the user adds me to their safe sender listing in outlook does that get pushed to the Exchange Server or is this limited to his PC only. Basically can he make the change or do we have to make this request to their IT dept to be added to a corporate level safe sender lisiting? I deal with multiple people within the organisation so I am hoping to resolve this issue for all. Or if anyone has any other suggestions, I am listining! Thank you for your help. QB

Which version of Exchange you have ? Its looking that Exchange is passing message and its being filter by outlook. If you are getting this for more users then you can configuration Exchange Intelligent Message Filter in sevrer.
