Hi, I have a russian version of Exchange 2007 Std running on english win2003r2, and surprizingly exchange management console shows interface in english language... Well, thats ok, I've downloaded then ENGLISH EMC for my russian winXP (32bit) and - surprize again - all interface in EMC is in russian. Regional setting on both systems is Russia, only OS versions are different. Well, why does it happens? How can I choose language for EMC? And why MS makes differenet langauge versions of Exchage if both russian and english have both interface languages in them anyway???

To achieve a fully localized experience with Exchange Server 2007, you must install the language-specific version of Microsoft Windows Server 2003, and then install the same language version of Exchange 2007. Nope, AppLocale did not help. It substitutes system locale but EMC looks at the OS version (VERSION!). I have russian system locale on my english Win2003 server and russian Exch2007std shows english interface on it. Anyway EMC should be Unicode, right?So EMC defenitly looks only at the OS version and shows interface on OS version's language - despite system locale/regional settings or the language of Exchange version itself.It looks like reinstalling OS is the only method to run EMC on preferred language and it is definitly the worst possible method to select application's language (actually EMC2007 is the only such application I've ever seen).So all the questions stand still:1. Why produce different language versions of Exch2007 if all of them have all (or some?) languages inside anyway?2. Why EMC 2007 selects it's language depending on OS version only? 3. Is there any way to manually select interface language?
