Why does one of my users have issues sending e-mails to a .biz e-mail address?
Hi everyone
I keep running into the infamous.
Delivery is delayed to these recipients or distribution lists
It only happens to one user and so far its only one address he has the issues with.
Its to a ( user@somethingsupplies.biz. )
Sometimes it takes all day to get the e-mail to the person.
How would i go about figuring this out?

Another user in your org can send to this external user without delay? If this is the case than you need to work with this external company to see if they're greylisting\throttling your particular user.

Well i personally have sent a few to this user myself and i'm trying to recreate the problem myself.
Just a waiting game at this point.

You can find out if the other site is the casue of the problem by
looking at your SMTP protocol log. Is the other site sending a 4xx
status?
