Why execute Lync Webapp instead of Lync2013 Client?

Hi guys,

I'm Lync manager in my company.

We migrated Lync 2013 at Jun 2013.

But when some users join their online meeting, they experience executing Lync webapp instead of Lync 2013 Client. so I checked installed Lync 2013 client. It's not reason in this problem. Also I updated Lync 2013 client. but I can't find problem. 

Why execute webapp?

Please help me, I need get some hint...
