Windows 2003 SBS and Exchange 2003 SBS
I have a problem with a 2003 SBS server's Exchange application. Here is what appears to have happened, although I came in on this in the middle.Server corruption - making AD and Exchange system manager fail with errors. The owner has reloaded SBS 2003 and called me to help when things didnt work quite right.I was able to get AD up and Exchange running again, but was not able to mount the stores from a backup copy he had.The server name is the same from all I can tell. and I ran the eseutil /md /p /d to get them in a clean state. Now tried to mount the stores and received errors c1041724. Reading more about that I deceided to isinteg -s servername -fix -test alltests.I recieved the isinteg failed to initiate the verification process on either the PUB or PRI stores and says to look at the log file, but I can not locate the logfile. easy place to find those?Any ideas as to what I can do to get these stores mounted up again? Thanks in advance for any help.

hi,delete all the files under mdbdata folder of exchange in program files. only leave chk file there.and then restart information store and it will create new database. and then copy your old database to on it and try to mount it.regards,Mumin CICEK | Exchange - MVP | www.cozumpark.com | www.mumincicek.com
