Windows Disk Timeouts
I'm wondering what the recommendation regarding Exchange 2010 mailbox and Windows Disk Timeouts (http://blogs.technet.com/b/exchange/archive/2011/11/17/windows-disk-timeouts-and-exchange-server-2010.aspx)
are for my environment.
We are deploying, for now, a single mailbox server (will eventually be a DAG member) on Hyper-V. Hyper-V is using a CSV located on an iSCSI SAN (which is running Windows Storage Server) and will eventually be moved to a Fiber Channel SAN (where Hyper-V
will still be using a VHD, of course).
Should I be adjusting the Windows Disk Timeout value in my scenario?http://sharepoint.nauplius.net

Hi
Your question involves SAN. I have not this kind of experience.
I will communicate with others.

Hi Trevor,
MS recomendation is to set the value to 20 -30 , Check with your SAN vendor and configure based on their input.
