Windows Mobile Sync Issues with Exchange 2007
Hello,
I am running a single instance of exchange 2007 in a test environment with windows mobile devices connected to the network via a WLAN connection. The problem that I am having is that e-mails sent to any of the e-mail accounts will not be synchronised to the corresponding windows mobile device while meeting requests, responses to meeting requests, calendar entries & contacts are all synchronized. Checking in OWA or via outlook 2007 all e-mail messagesare visible and retrievable from the server. One thing I have noticed is that the mail icon remains a closed letterasif the e-mail has not been read on alle-mails that will not sync to the mobile device (when checked in outlook 2007).
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Henry,
Could you help me clarify the following questions:
1. Did it work before?
2. Is there any error received in the device when syncing?
My suggestions:
1. Check the synchronization options in the device---choose the data you want to sync, see if you have check email.
2. Create a new user account and sync with this new account to see if it works.
