Windows Server 2003 crash
We recently had an client Exchange Server (2003 SP2) crash. Could not find any valuable event log information, and looking at a Dr. Watson .dmp file returned this error: The stored exception information can be accessed via .ecxr The servers are stored in a 5'x7' closet with an A/C unit that also malfunctioned around the same time. Obviously, it sounds like the server overheated, but we just want to make sure. If anyone cangive us some insight, it would be greatly appreciated.

Depending on the server you should be able to access some sort of maintenance partition during the boot sequence and confirm any hardware issues (including an over-heating event).
