Windows XP
Hey guys...new to this site... and looking for answers... had a power surge on saturday nite..now my desktop stops at black screen on boot up... and says \windows\system32\config... this file is corrupt or missing ... i have even tried to do a restore thru safe mode... keeps stopping at same place.. anyone have an answer?
