Windows XP svchost 100% CPU
Dear all,
when ever i start my computer, cpu hitst to 100% utilization at least 5 minutes. and doesn't response to other applications. I am not using window update, . i know this is bug and a patch availble by microsoft( cpu will be utililze 100% but response to other applications), but i want to eliminate it.
Any idea.
