Hi Yurko,
I want to ask you several questions regarding this issue:
- Was this issue only within Word?
- >>one Word begins use 10% of CPU<<, did you mean this was a particular file?
If this issue only occurred in a particular file, I suggest you open and repair this file first. Or you can recreate a new Word file with the same contents.
If this issue occurred in all Word files, please try these methods.
First open the Word file in safe mode, if it works fine try to disable add-ins in Word.
Then go to Options- Advanced- enable "Disable hardware graphics acceleration" option.
If it doesn't fix your problem, try to disable "Use subpixel positioning to smooth fonts on screen" option.
You can also disable the new Start Screen in Office 2013 by unchecking "Show the Start screen when this application starts" option in "General" tab of Options window.
Please try these methods and let me know if they work for you.
If your issue still exists please provide more information about your issue,
I'm glad to help and follow up your repy.
Regards,
Emi Zhang
