Word/Outlook 2010 Application Hangs Attempting to Print

We have a user who is running Win 7-64bit with Office 2010-32bit.  Both are fully updated.  For the past 6 months Word/Outlook/IE will go randomly go into a non-responsive state when she tries to print to either a networked printer or a locally attached printer.  I am at a loss as to what to try next.  We have rebuilt her computer, given her a new one, reinstalled and/or repaired Office, tried a different network connection, installed a different network card, all to no avail.  I am hoping someone can offer some guidance on what to try next.  Is there a more detailed level of logging we can turn on?  This is the windows erroe reporting data I see in the event log just before the Application Hang error:

Hi,

Based on the description, the issue even persists on a different computer with a new installed Office, this makes me think maybe it's not an Office issue but the printer driver.

We may need to logon the official site of the printer manufacture, download and install the latest printer driver, check if the issue still exists.

Hi Melon,

Thanks for your suggestions.  The non-responsive state has occurred when printing to networked Konica printers and her locally attached HP printer.  I have checked to ensure that all print drivers are up to date.  I am hoping someone else may have other suggestions as to what else I should check.  Is there a way to increase the level of information Microsoft sends to the event log when an error occurs?

Thanks,

Linda
