this is driving me nuts an M$ doesn't seem to want to help on the phone, despite my PAYING for both OneDrive and M$Office 365 Home.  

Every time i open / close a file a i get a pause between 20 seconds to 60 seconds.  My files are set to be stored offline with OneDrive.  When the pause happens, I am unable to use Word for some time.  

i cant include images because (typical M$ BS!!!!) of a stupid message saying "body text cannot contain images or links until we verify your account" - but of course, THERE IS NO "VERIFY MY ACCOUNT" LINK to be seen!  What kind of idiots make M$ software????  Even support has design flaws!
