While working in MS Word 2013, sometimes when I use shortcuts such as Ctrl+S, Ctrl+V, or paste by right clicking (or many other arbitrary functions), the page in the word suddenly jumps, as if leaping upwards and then settles again. This is very jarring and irritating, as all my work is done in Word, and I have to keep looking at this weirdly jerky software for hours.

Is there any way to keep this from happening?

Try to start Word in safe mode to check whether the issue is caused by some add-ins.

I have the same problem. It occurs in safe mode as well.

For example, I pressed ctrl+s to save and Word saved but jumped to the bottom of the document.

This behaviour is so disruptive that I wish I could go back to Word 2010.
