We are migrating 3 branch Office severs running Server 2003 to Server 2012R2.

I have setup the shared printers on the new server identical to the old server and they test print fine.  From the office workstations running Windows 7 and Office 2013 I have installed the shared printers form the new server and done test prints fine.

I am unable to get any of the machines to print more than one page from Word.  Whether I choose an existing document or create a new blank one they will only print page one.  If I PDF the document I can print as many pages as I like.

If I map back to the printer on server 2003 it will print fine out of Word.  Alternatively if I install a local printer and point directly to the IP of the printer I can print multiple pages in Word fine.

I have tried 3 different servers of 2012R2, 2008R2 and 2008 32bit and the workstations can simply not print to the mapped printers on those new servers.

This has to be something to do with Office 2013 or Word 2013 because all other applications print fine.

This is very very frustrating and any help would be greatly appreciated.

Just an update also tried a new Server 2003 with printers shared. Only none Office 2013 documents print past one page.

Has anyone got any input on this issue or suggestions?

Wow been so impressed with the help so far and suggestions on what else to try.

Did some more testing and it appears to have an issue with the print notification settings causing the issue.  Turn off or disable this notification and so far all printing from Word is working again.

Could you be a bit more precise to explain how did you resolve your issue? I think it's a very useful experience for other users who will get the similar issue.
