We are running Office 2013. One document doesn't show some caracters. For example, this is the line:

*Includes Co-Fiduciary responsibility, investment selection assistance, and employee education and guidance  3      30bps

We can read 3 and 30bps if we copy it into Notepate. Print out also show the numbers. However, the word shows this line without numbers.

it's interesting. it seems occurred with the particular file. you might copy the content to a new file.

Thank you for the tip. If I copy them to a new word using Keep Source Formatting, it has the same problem. If I copy them to a word using Keep Text only, the number shows. How can I fix it?
