I have read some document where it discuss workload management commands. however Microsoft website"https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/jj863577(v=exchg.150).aspx" says below? which means workloadmangement commands are not available? Can any one know more about it?

The *-ResourcePolicy, *-WorkloadManagementPolicy and *-WorkloadPolicy system workload management cmdlets have been deprecated. System workload management settings should be customized only under the direction of Microsoft Customer

Nothing, I was reading workdload policy management and it looks like Microsoft has deprecated, but didn't find much document online so likes to know what is going on in these lines?
