Yahoo Mail delievery slow
hi everyone,i am facing lots of problem regarding mail delievery to yahoo.com and yahoo.co.in domain, we already setup our PTR records for our all SMTP servers but still they are droping our connection or temporay defered to our all SMTP server , due to this our mail queue for both the domain is too high approx 12000 to 14000 , that creates mail delay also also we are not blacklist anywhere or not do any spamming , and our server is also not open relay , i filled the form so many times , but no luckplease let me know is their any way to sort out this issue, this creates lots of problem on our environment regardsjeevan singh negi

Hi Jeevan, You should contact Yahoo to ask them why they drop your connection or temporary defer your SMTP connection. They have their own anti-spam mechanism. If you have huge of emails to Yahoo, they may though you're sending spam.

hiNo we checked it we are not sending spam , queue size is large , because yahoo received mails very slow and sometimes temporary deferred can you please provideme the contact details or any ID which I contact to yahoo IT person to resolve thisthanksjeevan

i check this, but it not gives me any option for whitelist our IP or domain

Hi Jeevan,You could contact them using email category I guess. Contact their support person and they will guide you theright direction. Please continue work with Yahoo for this issue, this is not an Exchange server problem.
