Yahoo thinks I'm SPAM
Exchange Server 2003 (no SP).DNS Services are provided by Network solutions:MX = 75.151.90.81ISP is Comcast.RDNS returns:75-151-90-81-Colorado.hfc.comcastbusiness.netShould this be 75-151-90-81-netopps.com ? Do I need to contact Comcast to ask them to change their Reverse DNS Record?Exchange Server is a default installation. It has a "Default SMTP Virtual Server" that allows only authenticated non-anonymous users to relay. The Fully Qualified Domain Name is "NETOPPSDC.Netopps.local"The "SmallBusiness SMTP Connector" Local Bridgehead is the"Default SMTP Virtual Server".What do I need to change to prevent the SPAM designation in Yahoo? Thanks,Dave Boal

Hi Dave, How about the other domains? I suggest you contact Yahoo firstly to know why your mails are treated as spam. http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/edit/ Thanks, Elvis

Hi how mails are routed to internet?your reverse dns is correctmail.netopps.com and mx is also pointing to correct IP.If you can paste a message header then we can check the reason to mark mails from netopps.com as a spam.If your domain sending bulk mails to yahoo then also they may block or mark your mails as spam.http://www.spamhaus.org/query/bl?ip=75.151.90.81There should not be any other problem.Abhishek
