Hello, I have exchange 2003 installed on windows 2003 Enterprise Server. When ever i am trying to send an email to particular domain i NDR generated The following recipient(s) could not be reached: nely@pcc.net.sa on 15/10/09 11:34 AM You do not have permission to send to this recipient. For assistance, contact your system administrator. <xcig.fabrikam.com #5.7.1 smtp;550 5.7.1 EMAIL GONE Access to <nely@pcc.net.sa not allowed>I Dont have any kind of restrictions and it happens only with one domain.Thanks

Hi, Yes vinod is right. The error comes only when there is some kind of restriction on another end. Some kind of restrictions are placed on mailbox restrictions of that specific user. Thanks.

Hello, It happens to all the users in the domain only to that particular domain. It not related to per user I have also chekd the AD

I guess that domain is dropping your connection for some reason. You need to ask the admin of that domain to whitelist your ip/domain also try submitting message using Telnet and see How to Use Telnet to Test SMTP CommunicationVinod |CCNA|MCSE 2003 +Messaging|MCTS|ITIL V3|
