You say Archive, I say Online Archive - Who's right?
We've just enabled Online Archiving for our Exchange 2010 users. We're confused about what exactly should be visible in Outlook 2010 or 2007. Some users show
Archive - Firstname.Lastname@domain.com
Some users show
Online Archive - Firstname Lastname
What governs the display of the archive? In the Exchange console it shows up as
Personal Archive - Lastname, Firstname
Now I'm really confused!Orange County District Attorney

Thanks Simon. This helps me to understand the difference between on-premises (us) archiving and online (cloud) archiving.
The other thing I'm not fully clear on is what it should show in a user's Outlook. In my Outlook 2010, it shows
Archive - Sandy.Wood@mydomain.com
Should it be the same in Outlook 2007? Would it every display as this?
Archive - Wood, SandyOrange County District Attorney

Hello,
Outlook reads the
msExchDelegateLink attribute of the user in AD to display the additional mailbox
(Online Archive folder). By default, it will show Archive user@domain.com
