We are using Exchange 2013 , we are facing a strange issue.

When we tried to send the email from exchange web edition to specific user its working fine but when i am sending email to the same user from my outlook its not working ..it says invalid email address.

What could be the reason..

Facing issue with specific email address , which is inside the exchange only..local user to local user only..

The .local domains can work internally only. In-order to get it worked, make sure that the DNS entries are ready.

DNS address are perfectly fine..its the address of my domain controller , dns server...

Any other parameters i need to take care of...

Some steps to try:

1. Create a new email profile in Outlook; does the issue persist?

2. run the autodiscover test from Outlook; successful with no errors?

3. run Outlook in safe mode; issue persist?

4. Can anyone else email the user from their Outlook successfully?

5. manually download the OAB.

6. If the sender moves to a different PC and uses Outlook, does the issue persist?

Based on your description, there is no problem with OWA. And its not working when you send email to this  email address, right?

It seems like Outlook issue. A few more questions.

• Can you send email to other email address?
• Can other users send email to this specific email address?
• In your outlook, please try to select this user from GAL to check this problem.

I have create the x.500 address mention below.

/O=zz/OU=EXCHANGE ADMINISTRATIVE GROUP (FYDIBOHF23SPDLT)/CN=RECEIPIENTS/CN=xxGR00@BayVL00.local

Is it correct..

even after adding the same in email address , still receiving the error message..

x500 is used when using autofill from outlook.Please delete the e-mail from autofill in outlook,then use global addresslist and search for user and send the message.Have you done any changes to this problematic account lately?
