Hi I have office 2013 pro plus on my system suddenly it states the product is not activated, I have entered my key and it says that the key is for office pro plus 2013 and that is not the version installed on my computer even though the activation error is being generated from the very same version it says is not installed. What is going on ??

I understand this issue is Office became not activated suddenly. For this kind of issue, I recommend you repair the installation of Office first, since sometimes it can be caused by a corrupted installation:

Go to Control Panel -> Programs and Features, find Office and right click on it, click "Change" and choose the Repair option to continue.

If the issue persists, may I know how you purchased the Office 2013? If it's a trial product key, it can only be used for 60 days, and you need to purchase to keep using Office. If you are sure it's not a trial product key, since we don't have the access to the product key status, please contact your local customer service for this issue:
