hi folks i got a mailbox, helpdesk, wich i should give access for some people. i know that i have to use the add-permission and the -extendrights commands in powershell. but i dont know what i should do. shall i add some distribution groups with send-as and receive-as rights or are just security-groups allowed for having some permissions? thanks for your answer.

Hi, You have to create a security group and add the members who want access. Refer below articles to give Full Mailbox & Send As access to security group (use security group name instead of user name). If you have SP1 installed then you can do in GUI otherwise you need to use PowerShell cmdlets.
