after changing the DNS IP, PC will not detect the company domain
My company is using the window 2003 small business. Recently our PC get online become so slow so we would like to use network provider's DNS to make the speed faster. However, when I change the DNS, PC will not connect to the company domain. Then we cant
use the outlook to sent and receive email. Could anybody please can tell me how to solve this problem?Thank you!!

I doubt your ISP's DNS contains all the DNS zones necessary for
clintes to participate as domain members.

some of PC is available to use but some of PC cant to use. I don't think it is related to the ISP's DNS

If your server is so overburdened that DNS response time in an issue
you need to do some improvements on that system.
If you put the PCs that are having a problem back to using youre own
DNS do they go back to working?

yes, if i use back to default server dns, it can connect to our company domain. However, sometime we use the domain DSN, online become so slow so we want to use ISP DNS to make the speed stable.

Your problem isn't related to Exchange.
Your ISP's DNS doesn't have the necessary information for the client
machine to locate the various services (published by SRV records)
needed to participate in your AD forest.

Your ISP's DNS doesn't have the necessary information for the client
machine to locate the various services (published by SRV records)
needed to participate in your AD forest.
