You can create a Journal Rule to configure per user journaling. This allows you to save a copy of every message sent or received by perticular recipeint. Create a Journal Rule But keep in mind that per-user/distribution list journaling requires to have Enterprise CALs. Hi, You can also set Journal Recipient on database level. Enable Per-Mailbox Database Journaling http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb123817.aspx Or create a Transport Rule on the recipient level.Frank Wang
