i cannot print my file in ms word2010.

when i am trying to print, an another file get printed is a templates. it may given by someone bfore.

can you help me to remove or hide this and print my file.

Hi Rafi,

When you are trying to print, if your document is already open and on your screen, try the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+P. This will take you to the print dialog.

The screen you are seeing is Word's "backstage" which is a special grouping of commands. If you click on Print on the left side of that screen, you will be taken to the same dialog.

In the print dialog, you should see a preview of your document. Clicking on the big square print button should print the document that is showing in the preview.

Are you saying that a completely different file than the one you see in the Print Preview ("Print Backstage") gets printed? Or is it that content gets added to the file? If the latter, see if the option to print hidden text has been activated.
