appointment entries are not automatically forwarded
I am using outlook 2003 sp/3 and exchange 2007 sp1 (clustered)InUser A,I enabled the forward to: ( ie forward to user B) in delivery Options in exchange Management Console. When user A receives an email or appointment it is forwarded to user B. But after user A enables Automatically accept meeting requests and process cancellations andAutomatically decline conflicting meeting requestsin Outlook Calendar Resource Schedulingthen the new appointment entryis no longer forwards to user B.Please advice is thereany way we can forward the appointments automatically after the automatically accept meeting request and automatically decline conflicting meeting request are enabled.ThanksAwong

Hi,I cannnot reproduce your issue on my lab.In fact, the forward to feature in EMC is the attribute of the user A in AD level. When sending the email to user A, the email will be bifurcated into two messages on the Categorisation phase. One for user A, the other for user B. Thus, the forwarding behaviour is not triggered when the email coming into the Inbox. In other words, that will not affect the forwarding feature on user A when enabling the above options. Now I would like to confirm whether you set the user B as the delegate for the user A.Additionally, did you try another user to test this issue?ThanksAllen

I also tested without the "Forward to:" in AD and apply the Rule in OUtlook, i.e. apply this rule after the message arriveswhich is a meeting invitation or updateforward it to user Bthe forward stops working once user A enables Automatically accept meeting requests and process cancellations andAutomatically decline conflicting meeting requestsin Outlook Calendar Resource SchedulingAny advice Please.

I am having the opposite issue. We have User A (no longer with the company) mail forwarded to User B (thier replacement) through the delivery options in ADWhen User A was deleted from the meeting it also deleted User B because of the forward.Any way to prevent the forwards of meeting but keep email?
