If I in my compagny make a appointment and need a meetingroom as resourses, i've expirence a problem if I want to cancel the appointment. If I delete the appointment in the meetingroom calender there will still be a resevation in my own calender though it's possible to book a new appointment at the same time. But I will still have a visual appointment in my calender. If i delete the appointment in my own calender the appointment disappear in that calender, but in the meetingroom calender there will still be a appointment and again it's possibel to book a new meeting at the same time as the erliere cancled appointment. How do i awoid to have to manualy delete the appointment in both calenders????

Are you using direct booking, or resource scheduling? If you use resource scheduling, you invite the resource as an attendee. If you decide to cancel the appointment, you can elect to send an update to the attendees. The calendar resource scheduling process should then process the cancellation, and remove the appointment from it's calendar.
