architecture for depolying exchange server 2010 in a production environment
hi, pls i am new to exchange.can someone tell me the best practice for installing exchange 2010 in a production environment?the number of servers?what role each server should have?how to configure those servers and things like that,i would very much appreciate it if u can.thanks

Sounds like you are starting with limited knowledge, so I suggest some reading up on Exchange 2010 here: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd298026.aspx http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa998636.aspx Also use the Exchange Deployment Assistant for help implementing 2010: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/exdeploy2010/default.aspx#Home My ultimate suggestion would be to hire a consultant from a Microsoft Partner. How many users are you talking about. Best policy is to run each role on a separate server but you can co-exist some of the roles. There are many contraints like number of users nature of business budget etc Where Technology Meets Talent
