archiving in exchan ge 2007
is there a way to autoarchive old emails (sent and inbox) in the exchange server?.

Exchange 2007 does not have an auto-archive component. You could configure Outlook to auto-archive the Inbox and Sent Items folders to a PST file? Or look at a 3rd party archiving solution such as Quest's or Symantec's.

Clarify: You want to AutoArchive users messages to exchange server, right?
You can use Journaling feature, it can enable you to archive end-users message communication to specific place, either single user or all users on a same database:

but I have a question. journaling feature copy all the incoming and outgoing mail to an especific mailbox, so It will use double disk space, right?.
