Issue description: Need to choose the account used to sent the message for reply Explanation: If you reply a message, the account used to send that message is the account containing in the email address to which the original message was sent. Only if none of your mail addresses is in that mail, then outlook will use the default account to reply. So, your symptom should be an issue, not a function we want to achieve Try to recreate a profile with different name against the old one you have set. Then create two accounts, one is the master account as default one {A}, another one {B} is the one of five accounts. Send a test message to C [one of five accounts] from B account, reply the mail from C via web. Reply C from new profile, see which account is checked in the reply message window, A or B Meanwhile, please tell me your environment to do further analysis with identical configuration: 1. Which mail account do you use, exchange, POP3 or IMAP4? 2. Which version of outlook do you use, 2003 or 2007? 3. Who provides the mail service for you, local ISP, company or both?
