Hi All, Our environment has 2007 SP3 exchange environment. We had outlook 2003 maximum clients now we are having few 2007 MS outlook and 2010 MS outlook. In MSO 2007 and 2010 the Free\Busy and OOF is not working over "Outlookanywhere" I checked and found that our environment does not have autodiscover.domain.com entry internally and externally. How to add this internally as well as externally (Our external DNS is maintained by ISP) Manju

Ask your ISP to add it. Internally, have your DNS administrator add it.
