how can I backup my hard drive windows XP home?

Hi radracing, As you and many other users have noticed, XP Home does not have NTBackup installed by default. However it is available on your XP Home CD. To install it navigate to <CDDRIVE>:\Valueadd\msft\ntbackup on your XP Home installation CD. Install the NTBackup.msi. Once this is done you will have NTBackup in your system tools, I always launch it from the run prompt by typing NTBackup You can also use the system restore if that is more to your liking, or a third party application. -matt
