Starting about 10 days ago, I have had continued issues with stuck e-mails in my outbox using the Outlook 2013 ActiveSync client to connect to my outlook.com e-mail.
In addition, I've had sync issues with my Windows Phone 8 ActiveSync client to connect to my outlook.com e-mail.
I doubt I'm running up against the daily limit, as I am WELL below the 300 threshold.
My account is verified and I do not send spam. Anti-Virus is not an issue.
With my Windows Phone 8 (Lumia Black update), I always get a sync error to bay404-m.hotmail.com
Interesting, this is the same e-mail server that I use for my Outlook 2013 client. I can change it, but it is always changed back.
Anyone that can help me is highly appreciated. Basically, both devices are unusable at this point...
