Hi,

So you've found that your email accounts had been hacked, and would like to retrieve your data from them, correct?

Are you still able to login to these accounts? Maybe first change your passwords, and then login to check whether your data has been deleted or not. If you are not able to change the password, I would suggest you contact your email service provider for further assistance.

For the first outlook.com account you can contact customer support directly via this link. For the other three account, you should contact Yahoo support for the help.
