Hi everybody 

When i create a meeting in my calendar and i fill my topic my location of my room and the body i see my meeting in the calendar of my room  but the topic is the name of the organizer and nothing in the body.

Is someone can help me ;=)

What version of Outlook are you using? If you perform this in Outlook Safe Mode, does the issue occur?

To start Outlook in Safe Mode:

Press Win + R, type "outlook.exe /safe" in the Run dialog, press Enter.

If there is no such issue in safe mode, the problem may be caused by some 3rd-party add-ins, disable the suspicious add-ins to verify which one caused the issue.

If the problem persists, please share some screenshots of the problem to me. To protect your private information, you can send them to our email address:

Hi,

I received your email and now I see the issue.

I suggest you try to create a new meeting on OWA, then check if the problem still exists.

The issue that the meeting organizer's name appears in the Subject line may be related to the Settings on Exchange. If the problem also exists when we create the meeting from OWA, I suggest you post your Exchange version in this thread, and probably we will need to find the solutions on the Exchange side.
