i want help to open exchange toolbox in exchange 2013 , error message say " MMC has detected an error in a snap-in and will unload it" , every thing working normally except exchange toolbox , i need help please.

Try upgrading or re-installing latest .NET framework.

See if not normal MMC and also the 32 bit snap-in loads properly or not.

Use /32 switch to load 32bit:

mmc.exe /32 snap-in.msc

Also just check if the windows firewall is enabled on the server for Admin profile. If its enabled turn off the windows firewall and check.

thank you for help , but i follow your instruction and upgrade the .NET framework to latest version and windows firewall is disable , but the problem is not solved,.

What happens when you type below commands on an elevated command prompt.

mmc.exe

mmc.exe /32

If it loads, try adding the Exchange Toolbox snap-in as shown in the below screenshot.

I have the same problem. I cannot find the Exchange Toolbox snap-in in the Available snaps-in.

What else do you suggest I do?  Thanks.

Is it happening from every Exchange Server.

If you are trying it on client machine, please confirm you have installed the Exchange Tools.
