You need to configure the Transport Settings under the Global Settings to allow 10240KB. (this can be found through Organization Configuration -> Hub Transport -> Global Settings -> Transport Settings) Also you need to make sure that your Receive Connector is set to accept message size of 1024KBElie B. Hi,You said you can sent and receive internally, so it is OK for size limitatin on individual user's mailbox level.There are two option to set the receive size left, Globally Setting: Receiving message size (Maximum KB) 10240 Default SMTP Virtual Server Properties: Limit message size to (KB) 10240 It seems like OK for the two options.So I think it will be firewall limitation.Could you do a test?Increase the two settings to 20480KB, if you cannot receive the mails either, so this is firewall limitation.Frank Wang
