You need to configure the Transport Settings under the Global Settings to allow 10240KB. (this can be found through Organization Configuration -> Hub Transport -> Global Settings -> Transport Settings) Also you need to make sure that your Receive Connector is set to accept message size of 1024KBElie B. Here are the settings that you might have to look:1. Global Settings/Message Delivery Properties - Default tab:2. Servers/Server/Protocols/SMTP - Default SMTP Server Properties3. individual user's mail boxes.Apart from this, check for the settings on your FW.Raj

Thanks for your reply. you mean FW is firewall? We use Sonicwall TZ 180 firewall, if firewall problem let me know how to edit it pls. Actually we can sent and receive internally. can not receive from other domain address. current exchange server setting is : Message Delivery Properties: Sending message size (Maximum KB) 10240 Receiving message size (Maximum KB) 10240 Default SMTP Virtual Server Properties: Limit message size to (KB) 10240 Limit Session size to (KB) 10240 SmallBusiness SMTP connector Properties: Only message less than (KB) 10240 anyone help me please... thanks. winstar

Hi,You said you can sent and receive internally, so it is OK for size limitatin on individual user's mailbox level. There are two option to set the receive size left, Globally Setting: Receiving message size (Maximum KB) 10240 Default SMTP Virtual Server Properties: Limit message size to (KB) 10240 It seems like OK for the two options. So I think it will be firewall limitation.Could you do a test?Increase the two settings to 20480KB, if you cannot receive the mails either, so this is firewall limitation.Frank Wang
