I have a Exchange 2007 SP 1 server. I am trying to create a distribution group in Exchange, but it gives me an error message indicating that I have insufficient access rights. I am the Exchange Server and organziation administrator. What other rights do I need to have for this to be done? Any help is very much appreciated! Thanks!

I don't have a server in front of me to look at but I think you need at least Create Distribution Group rights. You should look at the Security tab of the OU to see what rights you have. Thanks Will

Hi, Please first give the detailed information that you encountered, then check the relevant event log. And post it on the forum. I suspect thiscause of the issue isinsufficient rights created by Domain Prepare. Thanks Allen
