I am troubleshooting our new 2013 Exchange server because Outlook client cannot connect but OWA is working fine. The 2 new 2013 Exchange server as DAG were installed to co-exist with Exchange 2007.

I am trying to download and install Microsoft Exchange connectivity analysis tool BUT always got an error "Error attempting to install the Microsoft Exchange connectivity analysis tool"  and in the log the error is "URLDownloadToCacheFile failed with HRESULT '-2146697208'.

I am installing it in Windows 8 64b, Please help as we are troubleshooting the new Exchange without any success so far...If there is an full download link, please provide.

Thank you for your question.

By my testing, we install .Net 4.5 on Window 8 firstly, then we could click Install from here as the following snapshot:

Then we could double click .exe file to download and install it. When we accomplished, we will see the following snapshot:

We could click the following link and navigate to Client:

https://testconnectivity.microsoft.com/

Thanks jim, i used the same link that you provided, but when i click the "install now or Install from here" the error appears after a while..
