the email I had for years hs been hacked, It how says it is not valid. there were all my eamil addresses and important folders in it Thanks Sue

Hi Sue, From your description, I understand that your email has been hacked and you cannot see the email from your client. Please correct me if I misunderstood the problem. Before we go further I want to clarify the following information: 1. Are you using Exchange Server, what is the version of your Exchange Server. 2. If you are using Exchange Server, what is client you used to connect the Exchange Server? 3. Do you have any backups? Some ways can help you on this issue: If you are using Outlook and Exchange Server, (the email is hard deleted from your Outlook) you can refer to this document: How can I recover items that I have "hard deleted" in Outlook? http://support.microsoft.com/kb/246153 If you have .pst file for backing up, you can import the pst file to Outlook.
