I added second accepted domain in exchange  for example list.com users mails work in OWA  but  I need configure outlook with second list.com mail in internal firm but when I configure second mail in outlook  I can not access to users outlook profile look it on the screenshot

AD Domain and Email Domain are separate things, even when you have added a new accepted domain in Exchange, you still need to use the existing user@test.com account to login.

What is the Exchange Version, have you tried it on a Windows7 box, you still on XP scares me.

Secondly if you need to make the user primary email list.com then make the changes on the exchange server itself on the user account, everything on outlook side can be same.

in dns I creat only A nad mx records Should I create autodiscover.list.com it necessarily for work outlook??why authentication in internal failed in outlook?this also do not work in windows 7, but users  authenticat and work seccesuful in owa.

You should use username as Dmoain\username

I see that you are using cas01\username. Is this CAS01 your domain name.
