Changing time at your computer will not affect any certificate problems with a server.
First, when you get a certificate error - you can use the button "View Certificate" to find out what's wrong specifically, is it expired or has wrong names, etc. This you can use to talk to technical support about.
Second: The certificate alert you receive originates from the server, and can be fixed only there by someone who has administrative permissions on the server. There is nothing a user can do about it.
So you'd better talk to Support of the services you're trying to reach to.
