change Exchnage Password
is there a way for the exchnage users to change there passwords using a webbased interface

The change password feature is provided by IIS, and it's not sepcific for Exchange; however, you could follow the below KB toimplement IISADMPWD virtual director, this is used to run the change password WEB on OWA.
