Hello, is there any way to check online the consistency of Exchange 2003 database ? thanks in advance

Could you please clarify your question/concern? Agreed. If you want to run the eseutil /mh to check the consistent state, you need to dismount the database. If a database is consistent (state = clean shutdown), all the log files have been committed to the information store. If the database is not consistent (state = dirty shutdown), the log files may not have been committed to the database yet.
