cmdlet for opening a shared calendar
Hi,Is there a cmdlet for adding a shared calendar to a user.So when they login, the additional calendar will be there.In addition could this be done on a distribution group basis.Thanks in advance

If you mean to add the shared calandar to the user's Outlook profile, then, no, there isn't a cmdlet.You would need to search for an application that can modify Outlook profiles, or create your own. The folks in the develpopment side of the exchange forums could help with that.Karl

To share the folder of a mailbox to a user or a group is the feature in the exchange 2010. If you are using exchange 2010, please see the Mailbox Folder Permission Management in New Mailbox and Recipient Functionality
If the exchange version is 2007, we can use PFDavAdmin to share the folders of mailbox to a user or a group as the workaround, please try the troubleshooting step 1 of my post in this thread
Notes: The type of the group must be Security group, not Distribution group (KB 941318)
As you want to open the shared calendar when users login the outlook, per my knowledge, theres no method in the exchange 2007 natively. The Development Forum will help on the question
